I don't know what everyone did for thanksgiving this year but we went to the cottage to start the closing process.
It was a beautiful day with lots of sun and warm temperatures. A great day for working outside.
Most of the deck furniture was moved indoors. A couple of rotten boards on the garage were repaired to keep the critters out this winter. Last spring we had a family of racoons bunk in for a while. It wasn't as bad, smell wise, as I had thought but it still needs a good cleaning. That was going to be one of my goals this past summer when I was on vacation. Sadly the weather was not helping as it rained a lot during my time off.
Oh well.
So after spending most of the weekend working at the house or cottage we were pooped. Being only 2 of us this year we did the only prudent thing possible.
Pizza. :)
Called the closest Pizza Hut and had dinner in 20 minutes. Pretty good too.

Sort of. For the most part Sue and I are the main users of the cottage. Her kids are married and have their own things to do. So we do it. Not a big deal. We've done it ourselves for years. At least this year was a nice warm couple of days.
