After a very wet spring it looks like summer 2008 has finally arrived.
This past weekend was wonderful. Saturday was spent doing usual Saturday things. Grocery shopping, pet food for the dog and general running around.
Sunday I needed to take my niece her birthday card and one for my nephew whose birthday was May 31, which I missed. oops.
So I jump on my bike and head on down the hi-way to make the 40 minute drive. It was a beautiful day to be out and about on the bike. When I got there no-one was home so I waited around for a while to see if they would return.
They didn't so I called my moms house to see if anyone had any idea where they might be.
Turns out they had left for thier families cottage about 10 minutes before I called. DOH!
My other sister had our invitation to my niece Sarah's wedding in September. YEA!
Drove back into Peterborough to my moms to find a number of nieces and nephew's there. My brother Brent had also been there earlier. It was almost like old home week at my moms apparently.

Had a visit with everyone for a while and drove back out to the cottage.
What a great day.

Wasn't your blog black before?
Anytime you decide to head out this way, there is always a room for you guys. It might be small and kinda pink and girly, but you're welcome to it :-)
