So another halloween has come and gone and as per usual we had a huge run of kids.

Much better than last year when I think we had 5. One of the perks of living in an older neighbourhood where most of the people on the street are retired. :)
Don't get me wrong, I like kids, and kids generally like me. It just makes for a slow evening. The weather this year was lovely. It was warm and dry. Temperature around 60 F. They didn't start showing up until around 6:30 and were done by about 7:40 tonight. Past years they have been finished by 7.

It was a beautiful night here too, after a day of rain. We never ever get a single kid at our door which is fine by me. We all headed to the neighbour's house for fireworks after making the rounds. Good times!
