I don't know about you but I am ready for some nice warm spring weather. It's the middle of April and we have yet to see much sun and warmth. It is about time that the snow just went away.
I have a new bike, at least new to me, that I want to get out on this year. It has been a couple of years since I last rode the old bike. I miss it a lot. Not that it's lost or anything, it's just sitting in the garage at my sisters house. It needs a little work that I just never got around to. There were a couple of reasons for that that I won't go into but ultimately I just didn't get it done.
The newer one has a much nicer seat for the 2 of us to cruise around on. Especially the backrest that the old one didn't have. I've been riding on and off for the last 23 years and really enjoy it. There is a fellow here at work who rides his most of the summer and who I went for a couple of cruises with. Even getting out at lunch time for a little drive around the area is nice. Being semi-rural there are lots of roads and 2 lane highways to enjoy.
So here's to a nice summer of cruising the streets and highways of the area and enjoying the outdoors.

Wow, big time blogger man has two posts in one week! You and Susan should do a cross Canada trip, head out this way. Enjoy some BC sunshine.
